Kaamyaa Venkata Raghavan has been learning Carnatic music vocal for the past few years from Smt. Vidhya Chandramouli. She is graduating high school as of this summer 2021. Besides learning Carnatic music, this past year she passed AZ Study Program, a 12-year graded course of study developed and administered by AZ State Music Teachers Association (ASMTA) to provide for the development of musical performance, Theory and Technique. Other than the piano, she also played 1st Chair trombone and was part of Hamilton High School marching band during her Freshman and Sophomore school years. She has also performed in the pit for various musicals staged at Hamilton High School during this period. She was part of Hamilton High School’s most advanced concert band program and has performed several concerts for the High school concert band.

She is also an avid reader, plays piano and trombone and enjoys jamming sessions.
