Leela Raj-Sankar has been learning Hindustani Classical music from Shri Manu Srivastava, the founder of the Phoenix Gharana for the past three years. She also learns Western voice and piano from Joanna Banta. She is a freshman at Hamilton High School and when she is not practicing her music, she loves writing prose fiction and poetry for online publication.
