Miruthula Jegadesan started learning Bharathnatyam (Kalakshetra Bani) at the age of 9, under the tutelage of Smt. Preeti Anand at Samarpan Foundation (Arizona, USA). She completed her Arangetram on August 10, 2014 at Chandler Center for the Arts, Arizona.

She has performed various solo performances as well as dance productions in the United States. She collaborates with creative minds across the world in different art forms to create unique productions. Miruthula is currently pursuing advanced training from her Guru and simultaneously growing the artform by teaching at her Guru’s school
